Questions, answered.
Do I need an account?
No. Everything works on your device, and an account is offered when it helps, such as using your trips on another device. It is never required to start.
Does it only work for flights?
No. Road trips, trains, buses, weekends away and flights all work. Nothing assumes an airline.
Where are my lists kept?
On your phone. They only leave it if you create an account, and then they are copied to our account service so you can use them on another device.
What does "packed" mean?
An item counts as packed once it has a spot: a bag, a space or what you are wearing. That way the progress count matches where things actually are.
How do weight limits work?
Each bag has a name, a style, an empty weight and an optional limit. Items carry a weight, either an estimate or your own number, and the bag shows its total against the limit. Check your carrier's rules before you travel, since PackPerfect works from what you enter.
Do reminders show my trip details?
No. Your phone gives us a push address and the times to send reminders. The message we send is empty, and the reminder text is built on your phone.
What happens when I delete a trip?
It stays in Recently deleted for 30 days, so you can restore it. After that it is removed, including the copy in your account if you have one.
Is it finished?
It is in beta. It may change, have mistakes or stop working, so keep an eye on anything that really matters.
Who makes it?
PackPerfect is made by skovlabs, a small software studio. Write to hello@skovlabs.com.
